Creating a mailbox in cPanel

The cPanel panel allows the creation of an unlimited number of email boxes associated with hosted domains. This tutorial will explain the necessary steps to create and access an e-mail box.

Introduction

This tutorial shows how to create and access a mailbox in the cPanel administration panel.

Requirement

  • a cPanel account

Steps

  • after logging in to the cPanel control panel, in the interface that will be displayed, we look for the "EMAIL ADDRESS" section, and there we click on "E-mail accounts".

  • in the next window, fill in the fields according to the requirements: the name of the email address, the domain (select the desired domain) and the password, which must contain numbers, letters and special characters.
  • the quota of the mailbox is recommended to be set to unlimited, after which we click on "Create account".
